QA/QC Introduction

Lautus Quality Department has 5 people currently, a QA manager, a dedicated Incoming Material Inspector, a in-line Inspector, a Finished Products Inspector, and a QA Engineer. The QA department create the inspection criteria, and make sure that each worker knows & understands the criteria. Trainings are offered for that purpose. Measures are taken to make sure that criteria is implemented into production process. Statistics are published each month for tracking the potential problems. QA manager also has the highest authority to stop production if she judge this is potential problem of quality.

Test Equipment and Facilities

Name:Water Test Machine
Description:This machine is for testing the faucets. All the measuring or testing machines currently in use is calibrated in SMIT, an authoratative & official calibration organization in Shanghai.
